Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, password), information about your home equipment (brand, model, serial number), maintenance task completion records, and usage data to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the HomeMaintIQ service — processing your owner's manuals, generating maintenance schedules, sending task reminders, and monitoring recalls for your specific equipment.

AI Processing

Owner's manual PDFs you upload are processed using AI services to extract maintenance information. PDFs may be temporarily transmitted to AI processing services. We do not retain your PDFs longer than necessary for extraction.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may export your maintenance records at any time (Pro tier). You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
