Use of the Service

HomeMaintIQ is for personal home maintenance tracking. You may not use it for commercial maintenance services without a commercial license.

User-Uploaded Content

You are responsible for content you upload. By uploading owner's manuals, you represent that you have the right to use the material for personal maintenance tracking. See our Manual Upload Policy for details.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Founding Member rates are locked permanently for subscribers who qualify.

DMCA and Copyright

We comply with the DMCA. Users who receive three or more valid copyright strikes will have their upload access terminated. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

HomeMaintIQ provides maintenance schedule information for reference only. Always verify maintenance requirements with manufacturer documentation and qualified professionals. We are not liable for maintenance outcomes.
